Spacious Room (Balcony & En-suite) Unique Apartmnt

I have recently lost my current housemate of 7 years to a newborn baby, so am looking for a well-suited replacement.

The bedroom is spacious, located on the middle floor with an en-suite bathroom and balcony, and comes part furnished (Bed frame, Desk, Large Wardrobe). The room is housed within a unique and modern apartment complex, with an open-plan kitchen leading into a spacious lounge with a high ceiling. TV & PlayStation to use at your leisure (and ping-pong available if you’re keen! - I’m average despite owning a table!).

The location is perfect as it is situated just outside of the town, so no busyness but within 5 minute walk of an Asda, Tesco, McDonalds (dangerous), a gym and, most importantly, a train station - which gets you to London in 30-40mins.

The other residents within the apartment complex are all very friendly - it’s very much a community here and everyone gets along! Parking to be discussed, but it is available and within a gated complex.

I am looking for someone to move in as soon as reasonably possible!
