If you take the room you will be sharing the house with the owner and her son when he is home from university. The owner has a chocolate Labrador (dog) who is four years old and also a cat. It is therefore important that you like animals and are not allergic to cats or dogs.

You will have use of the kitchen (which has a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, double oven etc.), the garden, lounge/diner, bathroom (shower and 150cm bath) and downstairs cloakroom.

The house is quiet and on a quiet street, very close to a park and leisure center with a gym and pool. On-street parking is available, although sometimes this maybe a short distance away from the house.

Bills, including Council Tax and Broadband are included in the price.
