I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January or February until at least September, with the option to extend afterwards. I’m moving abroad after living here for 4 years. It’s been a great flat that I’ve really loved.

The room and flat are unfurnished. If needed, I’m happy to sell my king-size bed, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe, all in good condition. Please just ask.

Rent for the whole property is £1050, and with bills and council tax included, the total monthly cost usually works out to around £600–£700 per person, depending on usage.

The deposit is £475.

The location is excellent. it’s a five minute walk to the train station on the London line, and close to the big Tesco and local shops.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared, and you’d be living with a respectable, tidy and easy-going housemate, which makes the flat a calm and comfortable place to come home to.

The property is in Council Tax Band A, and we’re looking for someone clean, considerate and reliable.
