I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from Feb or March- September, as I am moving abroad. I have lived here for 4 years and loved the space.

The room and flat comes unfurnished, but I am willing to sell my kingsize bed, desk, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room has plenty of space.

Rent is £1050 for the whole property. With bills and council tax included, monthly costs (including rent) are about £600-£700 per person, depending on how much is used.

Deposit is £475.

Close to big Tesco and other local shops. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station on the London line.

Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared.
