Two King rooms available in friendly home

I’m looking for honest, respectful and tidy people to rent rooms in my early Edwardian home.

There are currently two rooms available:

King - £500

Both the rooms are furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers.

The living space comprises of a separate lounge, dining room and kitchen.

There is a garden and a shed for bike storage.

All bills are included as is fast fibre optic wifi and a YouView television package with catchup.

The house is situated in a prime location only five minutes walk to local amenities, 10 minutes walk to Wolverton train station (45 min fast commuter train to Euston) and short drive to junction 14, M1.

The house is very close to beautiful canal side walks and only a five min drive to picturesque Stony Stratford which is famed for live music and traditional pubs.

I would consider mon-fri lets also for a reduced rent, please just ask.

A referencing fee of £100 is applicable.
