The Room:
We have a lovely double bedroom available to rent in Wolverton. It is available from 22nd Jan for £555 month.

The room comes with a comfortable double bed and a large 'built-in' wardrobe providing you with plenty of storage space.

The House:
The kitchen has all the essentials (toaster, kettle etc) and is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and a washer dryer.

The house features a large lounge with comfy sofas and a TV. The conservatory (which also has a heated floor) contains a large dining table – perfect for hosting friends and opens out onto the garden. There is also a garage and driveway big enough for two cars but there is also plenty of street parking available in the area.

The Area:
It’s a 15 walk to Wolverton train station or a 10-minute drive to Central Milton Keynes station – both have regular trains to London Euston which take 35-50 minutes. There is a big Tesco 10 minutes’ walk from the house and a gym, swimming pool and tennis club are all located very nearby. You can walk to the gym/swimming pool in 3 minutes!

There are a few good pubs and restaurants in Wolverton and with the nearby Central Milton Keynes and Stony Stratford, you’ll never be short of somewhere to go. The canal and Ouse Valley River and Park are both within walking distance and provide an excellent running route if that’s what you’re interested in.

The Bills:
The price of the room includes all bills for Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, TV License and fast Sky internet.
