This flat is about 7 minutes drive away from the NFTS, Beaconsfield.
Close to the M40, yet surprisingly serene and green area with wildlife and country walks. One allocated parking space, other off road parking easy.

It currently has basic furniture such as beds, sofa, tables, desks etc. but I can remove or supply furniture, depending on your needs :-)

HALL A spacious, mirrored, welcoming area, leading to carpeted stairs or the lounge beyond. Great if you have shoes, boots, coats and bags to house.

LOUNGE (much emptier now than pictured) Large windows, light-flooded, overlooking the River Wye and a lake beyond, supplied with TV, sofa, arm chair, small square dining table. Pretty willow trees line the riverbank, nicely visible through the full height window. Ducks, moorhens, egrets, heron, swan, pheasants, owls, bats & red kites are attracted to this area with a lake on the other side of the river. Views of distant hills and some very impressive sunsets!

KITCHEN Modern, clean and well-appointed, with dishwasher, quality fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine. Stocked with some cutlery, pans & crockery, depending on your requirements.

LOCATION This is a stunning area with wonderful transport links and a lot to explore nearby. It takes 5 minutes to get onto the M40 from here, and 10 minutes driving into Wycombe. There’s no loud passing traffic, it's a very peaceful location indeed, and quite sheltered, with paths leading along the stretch of river.
With gorgeous country walks in every direction, you are still close to the convenience and entertainment of Beaconsfield, Cookham, Marlow, Bourne End and High Wycombe. Hopping on the express train from Beaconsfield to London Marylebone is so convenient and fast.
There are bus stops within easy walking distance, and plenty of space to park if you have a car. The hall is large enough to house a bicycle.
