One rooms in 3 bed house offered for sharing

I'm a 47 year old single lady with too much room! But I don't want to move! I like my house.

I am incredibly easy going and would love to just have a nice vibe about the house. It's a bit dull being just me.

I have an elderly cat that sometimes roams about an meows now and then, but she sleeps most of the time. She uses a litter tray, but it's kept clean and hygienic.

I am young for my years, not a fuddy duddy at all. Young people welcome, I won't be mothering you that's for sure.
