Double bedroom offered

Hello

Looking for a housemate/s to share our home. Any age considered. The room is not huge but has enough storage. It's not Buckingham Palace either, could do with a lick of paint! Job for the summer! but has a decent kitchen, a shower room and toilet(shared).

We are a couple, very easy going. like to cook, and very relaxed. We have had housemates before and know the drill!! It's nice to be sociable sometimes but not always. We respect other people's space. We have a barmy cat, she sleeps most of the time in our bedroom, but she does roam about now and then and can be a bit vocal!!!

Smoking is okay, but outside only, We have an outhouse by the back door.

We don't have any particular requirements in who were looking for, I think it all depends on getting the right balance in personalities. So I think really if there is anyone out there looking for accommodation then get in touch, pop over for a coffee and we can take it from there.

Price for a single person, couples negotiable.
