The flat is in a nice residential street with both on-street and off street parking and is just off the A40 with a bus link into High Wycombe or Beaconsfield.

The flat has two bedrooms and one bathroom which is modern and has recently been refurbished, the kitchen and sitting room are both fully furnished and modern.
