Double Room To Rent In A 3 Bed House

hey I will have a double room to rent in my 3 bed house I'm moving into 1st week of march. **please bear with me on the pics of the place as that is how it is just now will update once I'm in** the 400 would cover electric broadband council tax and rent of the room. I would prefer someone who is ok with cats as i have 1 cat. You would have use of the living room/dining room kitchen as you please. The bedroom will have, double bed, bedsides, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table/desk. I would like a professional person. I will upload images of the room and house once I move in :)
