Large double room in Balsham

Looking for a lodger for a large double furnished bedroom in a lovely newly built 2 bedroom house in Balsham. We are situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. We are live in landlords (a young professional couple) with a very cute cat. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious garden. We have a driveway or on the road parking with plenty of space.

The room has a desk, wardrobe, console table, two bedside tables and a double bed.

Balsham doesn’t have very good public transport therefore it is better suited for individuals who drive. We are 10 minutes drive from ARM, fulbourn hospital, Babraham Research Campus and Granta Park.

We are looking for a professional or student who is quiet and respectful. We would like a non-smoker.

Includes bills. Council tax band C.

Would accept someone Monday - Friday at a discounted rate too.
