Single Room to Let

I am offering a newly decorated, newly carpeted and newly furnished single room. Looking for someone who is fairly laid back but respects other people's property and living arrangements. This person MUST like cats as I have three.
You will have use of kitchen including washing machine and bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet. Use of a snug room with tv.. Use of garden. Tv aerial in bedroom and also connections for sky tv but that would be at your own cost. Internet included. I am an outgoiing lady who loves to have a laugh over a few drinks as does the other house mate sometimes.. If you need any more information please contact me.
