I am looking for friendly, tidy professional housemate.
I am the lead tenant, wanting to rent out this room on a rolling month by month basis (landlady has consented). I am female, 34. Currently I work from home during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5). Ideally you would not work from home, but it's not a deal breaker!

Shared use of long driveway, garage, front and back gardens, sunny conservatory, kitchen, bathroom (currently being refurbished, and spacious living room. Has broadband (typically 70-100mbps), and central heating with new boiler.

The room is approx 257 x 257 cm (not including built in wardrobe or balcony style window ledge). Lots of storage space around the house, too.

Room can also be unfurnished, if you prefer to bring your own stuff.
