FEMALES PREFERRED (PLEASE NOTE. MUST LIKE CATS & DOGS) Hi there. I have a small single room becoming available soon in Bar Hill. Bar Hill is a small village just on the outskirts of Cambridge, so if you want central Cambridge, this isn't for you. There is a regular bus service a five minute walk away. This either gies into town or to the guided bus park and ride site in Longstanton. The room is the box room of the house, measuring 2mtrs x 3mtrs. It will be furnished with desk, wardrobe and drawers. I can put some shelves up on request too. It would potentially suit someone who travels to work say, and goes home weekends, but this isn't a must if you can cope with it's size. It's for females preferred as you'd be sharing a newly fitted bathroom with another female lodger. It's for singke occupancy only, and no guests allowed overnight. The price reflects the size and I'm sure it's one of the cheapest rooms in the area. No deposit necessary, just one months rent paid up front on the 1st of the month. There is full use of the newly fitted kitchen, including A shelf in the fridge and pantry, the washing machine (own detergent to be used) and dishwasher. The house will be professionally cleaned once a fortnight, but you would be responsible for your own room, the shared bathroom on a rota basis, and tidying up behind yourself. There are no rules or regulations (within reason) and you can come and go as you please. This is a live in landlord situation, so there is no shared lounge or sitting area. You'd be welcome to use the kitchen for meal prep and eating, omly. People with no profiles or students. Professional females preferred. There are two cats permanently at the property, and two small dogs at weekends.
