Minimum of one week and Monday to Friday lets considered. Maximum rental to be discussed. Not suitable for those people who work from home.

Rent £300 per week
Deposit required depending on length of stay. Right to Rent checks will be made.
All bills and weekly clean included.

No smokers (vaping permitted outside)
No overnight visitors
Clothes washing may be considered for longer stays (extra charge)

Parking space available on drive. There is a video recording/ring bell at the door for security.

Contains separate bedroom with single bed, wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hanging space, bedside table and lamp; wet room with heated towel rail; living room with TV, large armchair and table with two chairs and kitchen with gas cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Small iron and iron board. Towels and bedding are provided.

Buses to Cambridge city centre are twice an hour (times vary at weekends), Longstanton and Longstanton Park and Ride, Northstowe and St Ives. Easy access to A14 and M11 making it an easy commute.

Large Tesco supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, chip shop and Indian restaurant takeaway and a few other local shops including a dry cleaners and card shop. Village Pub.
