Double bedded room to rent in a large three bedroomed house. Furnished with double bed, wardrobe with shelving, small desk with drawers which will hold a TV. Mirror. I do not provide bedding due to hygiene reasons. Use of kitchen with pots pans etc included, washing machine. Shared bathroom with bath and shower, plus extra downstairs toilet, living room, dining area, garden. Wifi available for no extra cost. Parking for one car on driveway. Garage would only be for small storage.

You MUST like cats as I have three, all very well behaved! Sharing with myself and one other male house mate.

Bar Hill is approximately 5 miles from the centre of Cambridge with direct access to the A14 and an excellent bus service to Cambridge and also west to the Huntingdon district. We have a good pub, a Tescos Extra, a Social Club, a Hotel with Gym facilities plus more but saying that it is a quiet area.
