Lovely quiet spacious double sized room (for SINGLE use) available MONDAY-FRIDAYS .
I would consider less days per week upon permanent mutual agreement.

My home would suit a happy PROFESSIONAL who appreciates a quieter environment and is out at work during the day and whose main residence is elsewhere.

We're a friendly household respecting each other's privacy.
House shared with Landlady.

The bedroom:

Double sized bed, for single use

General house Facilities include:
Shared bathroom
Use of kitchen (for light meal preparation/microwave) & dining area in house.
White goods, cutlery
small shelf in Refrigerator & small kitchen cupboard space
Free Wi-Fi/broadband
Use of washing machine up to once a week, using your own liquid detergent clothes airer provided if needed

The village of Bar Hill:
Well serviced local amenities such as large food store, coffee shop, take away food, clothes shops, library & Ecumenical Church.

Regular BUSES into Cambridge, surrounding villages and towns.
Bus takes approximately 20 minutes (Citi 5) into Cambridge city centre.
If you're a proficient and experienced cyclist you can cycle into Cambridge via the village roads and cycle paths. Bar Hill village itself has many footpaths that can also be used by cyclists.

Rent is £470 per calendar month.
A weeks' notice leave either side during the first month and 1 month thereafter.

You would need to provide your own toiletries such as laundry detergent, soap/shower gel.
You can use your own bedding and towels
