About the house:
The house is a large 5 bedrooms semidetached with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room
The house is set back from the main road so very little traffic noise or distractions so perfect for studying. Everyone would have use of the front and back gardens, both lovely. The large living area consists of one two seater and one three-seater reclining sofas with a large wall mounted TV. Looking out onto the back garden is the beautiful large modern kitchen with all the amenities including American fridge and freezer, induction hob and extractor.. Cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle , mixer and electric fryer provided. There is also ample cupboard and storage space in the kitchen which you will have access to. There is a small utility area including a washing matching and there is a downstairs bathroom. There is also a very large dining area.

I am a clean freak and luckily for you I do all the cleaning , except in your room , but I would expect the house to stay reasonably clean and tidy.

The local area:
Situated in the lovely village of Bottisham in Cambridgeshire, the property has ample parking and a garage and it is just a short walk to the centre of the village , which has numerous shops including, Coop, Post office, pharmacy, pub, hairdresser, Chinese, Indian and fish and chip take-aways. There is also the doctor surgery at walking distance

Transport links
There are buses into Cambridge, but these aren’t very frequent.

Driving from Bottisham to the centre of Cambridge is 7 miles and a 25-minute drive, to Cambridge Science Park, it is 6 miles and a 13 minutes drive, to the Addenbrooke’s hospital it is 8 miles and a 19 minutes drive.
