I am the property owner. Current occupants are me and my lodger/friend; we are both very laid back, in our early 30s.

We are looking for a housemate who is also laid back and respectful. Smoking is fine if done outside, there is ample space to do this. There is also plenty of space in the living room for relaxing and watching TV etc.

I clean the communal areas regularly and thoroughly. You will be expected to respect the house and keep it tidy, ensuring you clean up after yourself in the communal areas, as well as regularly cleaning your room. I have a variety of cleaning products available and a communal vacuum.

There are 2 female cats, both small and sweet.

£575PCM includes bills and 63MBPS broadband. There is a bus into Cambridge, as well as a few takeaways, CO-OP, hairdressers, GP and pharmacy.
