The house is very private and not overlooked. With a beautiful back garden with a large pond.

I offer a kitchen/breakfast room, but you will have access to your own bathroom (newly refurbished), fully titled with an enclosed separate shower cubicle. You will have the use of a washer/dryer and there is broadband in the property too.

Bottisham village has plenty of amenities near by, including the college containing a sports hall, gym and pool. The village itself has a post office, take aways, a surgery and a pub which is only a 5 minute walk to the property.

Although it is 6 miles from the city centre but there is transport. I have off street parking, there is a cycle path to Cambridge and a bus service from Bottisham to Cambridge and New Market.
