We’re offering a self-contained private annexe attached to our home in CB23 - ideal for someone who wants their own space while still being close to Cambridge and Cambourne.

We’re a friendly couple in our late 20s / early 30s with two cats, and the annexe has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please.

• Newly renovated en-suite bathroom (ready before move-in)
• Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle)
• Dedicated parking space
• Patio space
• Freshly decorated and comfortable

Shared (light use):
• Utility room for laundry (key provided)
• Main kitchen available occasionally for cooking if needed

Rent & Details:
• £850 pcm, all bills included
• Single occupancy
• Available from February 2026 to allow bathroom to complete (flexible move in though!)
