We are a friendly and relaxed couple in our 20s / 30s with two cats. The annexe is fully self contained with a private entrance so you can come and go as you please.

• Single occupancy only (no couples)
• Available from 1st March 2026 to allow time for the bathroom renovation to complete, flexible move in date

The house is heated using a newly installed heat pump so is very comfortable with no gas on the property.
