The end of terrace house is in a quiet cul de sac which leads onto woodland.
There is broadband and parking space.

I work part time from home as an artist and would prefer someone who is out during the day and is happy to look out for themselves. I live downstairs and am generally quiet and get up/sleep early during the week.
Burwell is a lovely friendly village to the North of Cambridge with pubs, shops, bakers, library and is perfect for walking and bird watching at the nearby Wicken Fen Nature Reserve.
The drive to Cambridge is 25 mins and there’s also a bus service. Ely and Newmarket are great to explore and are the nearest train stations.
