Available to rent is a single room in a spacious 3 bed home in Burwell. Ideal lodger will be tidy and friendly. The room is fully furnished and includes a single bed, TV and broadband and will also have use of it's own bathroom. There will be a kitchen and dining area that can also be used. There is adequate parking outside the house and we are about a 15 minute drive into cambridge and 5 minutes to Newmarket. There are lots of local amenities such as post office, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and more and there is also a bus route to Cambridge and Newmarket.
