Hi, I have a comfortable, furnished single room with own bathroom to let on a nightly basis between Monday and Friday at £25 a night.
Use of kitchen, off-road parking, utility bills and broadband is included. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area.

The house is in a quiet street in the village of Burwell, about 7 miles north-east of Cambridge, accessible to A14/A11/M11. The village has lots of amenities, shops, supermarket, restaurants, pubs and sports facilities. I have 2 well-behaved, quiet cats.
The room would suit a professional who works in Cambs and needs somewhere for the odd night to sleepover.
