You will have exclusive use of the flat. It will not be used over the weekend so you're welcome to keep clothes, food, bedding etc in the flat throughout your tenancy. But we cannot accept 7 day occupancy, sorry.
Burwell is a well served village within easy commute to Cambridge. Good road access to the A14, A11 and M11.

The flat is above our detached garage with independent access via external staircase off the drive, so you will have privacy and independent living.
We are located on a bridal way on the very edge of Burwell. Parking is available on the grass verge right outside the flat.
The large North-East facing window in the lounge provides panoramic views of the sunrise and open countryside towards Fordham, Soham and Wicken.
In the village, Burwell has 2 shops, petrol station, bakery, coffee shop, barbers, hair dressers, library, chip shop, Indian restaurant, and 3 pubs.
The studio is spacious and light with windows to the North, East and West. The open plan living area, kitchen area and a separate shower room provides 4m x 8m of floor space.
Available fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, table and chairs, sofa., TV. Electric fire and hive controlled electric central heating. Kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave/oven, hot plates, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery. Ensuite has an electric shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail (Hive controlled).
There is also a washing machine, Iron, Ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Electricity supply is metered separately so you only pay for what you use. All other bills are included, including WIFI (350Mbps Virgin broadband).
Cleaner can be arranged if required.
Strictly mid-week only occupancy as we value our privacy at weekends. However the flat will not be used by anyone other than the tenant, so clothes, food, etc can be left over weekends, holidays etc.
