I am currently looking for a flatmate to share a modern 2 bedroom flat in a quiet location in Cambourne.

About the room:

The room advertised is a double furnished bedroom with a generously sized private bathroom. The furniture includes a double divan bed with a mattress, two bedside cabinets and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Bathroom features a bath tub and a separate shower cabin and is surprisingly large. Please note that the bathroom is not technically an en-suite but is for private use of the tenant as I have en-suite in my room. There is also a dry and secure communal bike shed, should you wish to use it.

All bills and optic fiber broadband are included in the rent.

About the flat:

The building is situated in a quiet residential location at the edge of Cambourne with meadows to the back. The flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, open plan kitchen and a spacious living room. All fully furnished with good quality furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all mods and cons including large fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and an electric oven.

Overall the shared areas of the flat are very spacious and bright.

About me:

I am a 30 year old mechanical engineer working in Cambridge. I enjoy company, a good chat and a shared meal but at the same time like some private time. In my spare time I enjoy outdoors and cycling. I am looking for a tidy and respectful professional to create a homely atmosphere in the flat. The way I see it renting a 2 bedroom apartment is a great balance between renting a room in a crammed HMO and renting a whole property yourself!
