The house is ideally located in a quiet courtyard off Broad street, 2 minutes walk away from shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, doctors, library, bus stop etc. There is an off road designated parking space if needed.

The room is modern with a small double bed, drawer and wardrobe storage and an en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen and dining area are shared with the home owner.

This is for midweek lets only, Monday-Thursday nights inclusive. Laundry facilities/utility not available. Full use of kitchen for food prep and cooking.
