Hi and thanks for looking at my advert for a double room in lower Cambourne.

The room is at the rear of detached 3 bedroom modern house overlooking the garden.


The house has a large lounge, a separate dining room and a separate kitchen.
There is a downstairs loo, a large driveway, a garage and a garden.

There is one existing female housemate who is a student and is both quiet and clean!
I’m offering this room for another female only as the bathroom will be shared with the existing housemate.
The other room in the house has its own en-suite bathroom soon to be occupied by another lady.
The house is double glazed through out, has efficient gas central and is fully insulated. There is superfast fibre optic broadband too.
The rent includes all bills

There are NO agent or referencing fees.
All I ask from you is a promise to be clean, tidy up after yourself and be respectful to the others.

There will only ever be a maximum of 3 people in this 3 bed house. Obviously it would be ok for friends and family to stay occasionally but I will not for instance, have a fourth tenant living in the dining room!

The property is opposite the cricket pitch, and easy access to the country park where there are miles of great bridle paths! There is a 'co-op' nearby too. The bus stop is very close by giving easy access to Cambridge etc.

Cambourne is really well connected. The M11, A1 A14 is easily accessible as are main line train stations.
There is a co-op nearby, a Morrisons, doctors and dentists, pharmacists, gym and various restaurants, hotel and a pub!
