I’m the landlady living in this lovely three bedroom house with a beautiful garden. It’s positioned in a quiet area in Cambourne, with only a few mintutes’ walk from public transport link, Morrisons and beautiful walks around Crow Hill and lake.
The room has a king size bed, 3-door wardrobe, study table & chair. The bathroom is next to the room for sole use of the tenant.
Access to kitchen incl. washing machine. Virgin fibre and all bills included (except phone). Convenient parking on driveway.

Please note that I’m unable to accommodate visitors or overnight guests, as this is my family home rather than a house share.
Occasionally, I have some business travels outside of UK for couples of weeks. Therefore, looking for easygoing, tidy people wishing to have a nice place to live.
