I am looking for a professional to share my 4-bed detached home at Cambourne, Cambridge.

Rooms has a good view of green and are fully furnished. All rooms including wardrobe, bedside table.

Location wise, it has easy access to Cambridge by public or private transport, it is ideal for a professional looking for comfortable personal space to relax in after work/study.

The house is in a very attractive part of Cambourne. The local services and amenities within walking distance are: Morrisons, home bargains, a pharmacy, a pub, a gym, restaurants , the library, doctor and dental practices. With Cambourne Nature Reserve on the doorstep, this is a great place for living and enjoying nature.

We all share the well-equipped kitchen and utility room and you will have access to the dining room. There is plenty of storage. The shared bathroom has been newly refurbished to offer a clean, comfortable space for all users.

The house is busy but quiet. I am friendly and sociable but also need some quiet for our work and study. We would like you are equally friendly, tidy, respectful, quiet, considerate, calm and very responsible and reliable. We hope the house to remain a welcoming space for all.
