Furnished Single Room with separate private bathroom in a two-bedroom/ two bathroom house in a lovely leafy and quiet area of Cambourne, Greater Cambridge. The room is really cozy, bright and tranquil.

The house is shared with me, one professional female and the room is available for a lodger or student. Female preference as stated. I am flexible on the dates, however I only want a female housemate. No males, sorry.

Shops nearby:
Easy walking distance to local shops, Morrisons supermarket, pharmacy, GP, dentist etc this is an unusual modern village of 10k people just outside Cambridge but it’s considered now part of it. It’s styled like an American / Canadian town rather than typical British village, as it was modelled on that style. Many people here work or study in Cambridge centre and commute daily as it’s so close but cheaper.

Transport to town:
My house is a 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop for No. 4 bus (20 min bus direct non stop to Cambridge city centre), bus every 20 mins. Or 10 min walk to larger bus stop for X3, X2 or 18 bus to Cambridge centre, Station or Hills Road Addenbrookes.

The rent Includes:
All utilities, and high speed internet.
Use of fully equipped kitchen, shared dining space, and a peaceful garden. Includes Washing machine and dishwasher available. I have one cat! He’s an outdoor cat so never at home.

There is a private communal apple orchard at the front of the house, and behind the house lies a stunning 43-acre nature reserve and lake perfect for walking, reflection, and time in nature.

It’s not just about the room it’s about the person, so I always request a short call. Please tell me about you, your situation, dates and anything else so I can gage your perspective and tell if we would be a good fit as housemates. Happiness at home is a priority first for a peaceful life. 😊
