Noting, although listed as 'live in landlord', I will only potentially stay one or two nights per month.
My home is a two bedroom modern Coach House in West Cambourne. The room for rent is a large double with an en-suit (there is also another bathroom with a bath/shower), along with a cozy lounge and kitchen. There is private parking (including E. V charging), with the home being ideally situated for commuting to Cambridge, Huntington, St Neots (train stations at all three locations) and the surrounding areas, due to easy access to the A14, M11, A1, A428.
Cambourne has good amenities, including, a supermarket, shops, two gyms, pub, coffee shop, hairdressers, along with bus routes to Cambridge and surrounding towns and villages.
Single people or couples equally welcome to apply (an additional £200 per month will be required for a couple).
All bills are included (noting fast and reliable broadband).
