Double room 2 bed ground floor flat West Cambourne

Currently testing the water to see if there is any interest in renting a room in my 2 year old new build 2 bedroom flat on a Mon-Fri basis (potential to stay 7 days a week dependant on interest) Open to short term rental or longer if required. I would be living in the flat also but mostly only staying overnight a few times a month. The room for rent is a fair sized carpeted double and has a double bed and mattress but no wardrobe at present so storage is limited (could potential buy a wardrobe) You would have free access to furnished kitchen, bathroom and living room. Gas, electric, water and council tax all included but currently no internet available (another thing that can be discussed to be included if its a deal breaker) Non smokers, no pets except guide dogs, must be a tidy and respectful person. Previous tenancy references would be an advantage. No pictures currently as just setting up an advert
