I have a Large Double Bedroom with en suite and fitted Wardrobes in my 4 bed Town House, available from the beginning of June 2013 in Cambourne, Cambridge. Rent includes all Bills. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The House has off street parking. Enquires welcome from couples or individuals.
Cambourne is situated 9 miles from Cambridge, with excellent transport links to the City Centre, Science Park, A14, M11, A428. Cambourne’'s facilities include, a Supermarket, two Gym’s and sports facilities, Pub, Coffee Shop, Pharmacy etc .
We are a relaxed Professional couple in our 30's. I have my 4 year old daughter staying with me every other weekend and one night in the week. She is a chilled out little girl and we are often away or out of the house, but please bear this in mind when enquiring.
