Large room in family home

We have a very large, clean and comfortable room available to rent out in our three story town house 8 miles from the centre of Cambridge with access by car or bus. It will be available from the end of August to December. We are happy for short term rentals or Monday - Friday rentals too.

The house is quite big and we have two sitting rooms and all mod cons. We use our en-suite shower so the bathroom would be for your use only most of the time.

We have two children (one, nearly two and one 5 month old)who are generally in bed early and quiet and well behaved ;-)

The house is in Cambourne with the bus stop to Cambridge right outside the house so you can be in the centre of Cambridge in 20 minutes or at Papworth hospital in 10 minutes.
