We are looking for a clean and tidy lodger.

This is a single room Let in a five-bedroom, three-storey townhouse.
The room size is 8x16ft with built-in wardrobes, fully furnished.

There are currently four living in the house,

The bathroom would be shared with one other. This is a clean well-decorated house.
We have Broadband infinity.
We are a happy friendly family, a mother, son and his French girlfriend (who can also speak German) aged 24 & 22 and an existing Mon-Fri male lodger in his 20's. The let will include the use of the dining room, kitchen and garden. We are quite an unusual household. Our combined interests include Art, Writing, Music, Gaming, Travelling, Well-being, Crystals etc.
We do have one Cat.
