My husband and I live with our two cats in a modern three bedroom house. We offer a quiet, welcoming and comfortable space for a lodger.

The available room would suit a professional whose employment is office based with 9-5 hours, (rather than working from home or shift work) as we are both home during the day.

Bedroom: The room has a built in wardrobe, small double bed, TV/DVD, desk with chair, and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: is immediately next to the room for sole use of the lodger. We are unable to accomodate guests / overnight stays.

Kitchen: including washing machine, dishwasher, & microwave

Internet & bills: All bills (except landline) are included in the rent, including unlimited fibre internet.

Transport & parking: There is a bus stop closeby with good links to Cambridge town centre, Science Park and Addenbrookes Hospital. On street parking next to the house.

Local area: Shops (Coop, Morrisons & Home Bargains) and local ammenities (GP surgery, library, take aways etc) all a short walking distance away.

Outdoor space: Lovely countryside, lake, parks and village green only a short walk from the house.
