There are two stages to the fees that we require.

Stage One – Application:

Admin Fees

Per applicant - £199.00 (inc VAT) FREE FOR THIS PROPERTY

Per guarantor (if required) - £60.00 (inc VAT)

Holding Deposit

Equivalent to the rental price (Once a tenancy starts, this deposit will form your first months rent)

Stage Two – Tenancy Start Date

Damage Deposit - Usually 1 and a half times the monthly rent, however please check with the office as some properties may be different
Inventory Fee - £99.00
