Single room in a house of three, £360+bills. Please read description:

Cute single room to rent in the cosiest house of three bedrooms. Big kitchen with brand new huge oven, dishwasher, clothes washer n drier, lots of storing space. Living room is super cute and comfy, there's tv with several platforms; also nice garden for bbqs, good shower pressure, parking space at the front... House has great location off Mill rd, just 10 min from train station and 5 from Coleridge park. The bedroom faces a quite road, it comes with good wardrobe but unfurnished for the rest. The current furniture can be kept for £95 (bed+good matress+bedside table+book case+ baskets+ mirror+blackout curtains). We are looking for a housemate, preferably girl, working professional (with not a too-early-morning-shift) that shares a bit of house life. Deposit is £500.
