The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers, some shelves and a clothes rack.
The house is spacious with a living room, a big kitchen fully equipped, a garden and high speed broadband internet. The bathroom is shared between 3 person only because the fourth bedroom has its own shower room. There is an extra toilet downstairs in case the bathroom is taken.
The housemates are all professionals working regular office hours.
The rent is £650 per calendar month with one month deposit. All bills are included except gas/electricity that is to share between tenants.
