The house is spacious with a living room, a big kitchen fully equipped, a garden and a high speed broadband internet.
The bathroom is to share between 3 persons only because the fourth bedroom has its own shower room.
There is an extra toilet downstairs in case the bathroom is taken.
The housemates are all professionals or postdocs who work regular office hours.
The rent is £760 per calendar with all bills included except the gas/electricity that is to share between tenants and there is one month deposit.
