Spacious double room in nice area

We have a spacious double room becoming available from 1st September.
It is a three-bed house in a highly sought after area in Cambridge. The river, midsummer common, stourbridge common, tesco superstore are all within minutes walking distance.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, and garden -- all available to tenants use.
The landlord is living away in St. Andrews.
The currents tenants are a couple. We are both History post-docs. We have been living here for three years and absolutely love it!!!
We like pub outings, walking, and board games. We'd like to think we are very relaxed and friendly persons. We are looking for a like minded person to share the house from 1st September. Preference will be given to University PhD students or post-docs, as they are most likely to have housing problems.
