Spacious double in friendly house near Mill Road

We have two comfortable furnished rooms available in a friendly house share. The large room priced at £820 is available from 17th September and the smaller room priced at £775 available from 1st October. Bills are all included and the deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Room 1 @ £820:
The room is in the attic 2nd floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, bedside table, shelves, chest of drawers, and mirror. It has a lovely view over the green neighbourhood's backside and good lighting too! It's a total deal.
The closer shared bathroom is just down the stairs on the below floor.
The rent covers everything - utilities, Freeview, council tax, and internet. The price also covers communal areas cleaners once every 2 weeks, for the rest we have a simple cleaning/dishwasher rota.

Room 2 @ £775

The room:
is on the first floor and faces the street. It comes furnished with a double-size bed, desk, chair, shelves, inwall wardrobe, large drawer, clothes stand and mirror. Shared toilet on the same floor.
The rent covers everything - utilities, council tax, and internet. The price also covers communal areas cleaners once every 2 weeks, for the rest we have a simple cleaning/dishwasher rota.

The housemates:
1 girl and 2 guys, aged 24-30, looking for a sociable professional or graduate student to join us! We're a friendly bunch and like to spend time together, but we also respect each other's privacy and like to spend time with our friends.

We're looking for:
a like-minded, sociable housemate of similar age. We are also obviously open LGBTQ+ and non-binary people too.

The house:
is a large Victorian terraced house comprising 5 bedrooms (+2 extra bedrooms, located in the basement but out of market atm and there are no plans in the future to rent them), 2 bathrooms both with a bath and shower, 1 lounge and 1 large kitchen with dining table and all the mod cons. There’s a patio at the rear with street access where you can store your bike and have a barbecue if the weather’s good.

It’s located just off Mill Rd and so provides quick access to the city centre (10 minute walk) and the train station (7 minute walk). It’s a vibrant area of the city, adjoining Parker’s Piece, with plenty of good restaurants and pubs.
Local Sainsbury`s and brand new Coop 1 minute walking far!

Parking permits are available from the local council for on-street parking. This is an additional cost.
