Beautiful spacious room on the 2nd floor of our house. Double bed, en suite, armchair, desk, wardrobe, shelving and a great view.

You would be sharing with a family - we have 2 children living at home aged between 16 and 18, plus another lodger. Also our dog who is very friendly and quiet.

The room would suit a professional worker, PhD student or similar.

Available from 18th November until the end of the academic year although we will consider extending.

Shared use of kitchen and washing machine. Bills included: council tax, wifi, gas and electricity.

Easy access to Addenbrookes, Cambridge Leisure Park, Cambridge railway station and city centre.
