Single Room - Walking Distance To Town Centre

Single furnished room in a lovely neighbourhood of Cambridge, within easy walking or cycling distance of the City Centre and West Cambridge.

First floor bedroom facing east to the morning sun, with plenty of storage. Shared vegetarian kitchen and bathroom. Facilities include dishwasher, tumble dryer, wi-fi, bedding, towels and kitchen equipment, covered bike storage area.

We are a mum who works from home, two boys, and two friendly cats. We need a calm and tidy lodger. The house is usually quiet after 9pm each night. Guests by arrangement only.

We are only looking for a weekdays only lodger, which would be at the reduced rate of £425pm.

Please note the room will not become available until mid-March, therefore we are ideally looking for someone to move in around late March- April 2022.
