Friendly House Share off Mill Road

Hey! We're Izzie and Ellie - our housemate is moving out in November so we're looking for someone to move in to our friendly house share.

Our house share really feels like a home! We enjoy socialising in the evenings - watching TV, cooking, going to the pub and generally chilling. We like to come back to a nice place so all chip in with keeping things clean and tidy.

It's a lovely terraced house with a cute living room, nice large kitchen and all the mod cons - dishwasher, coffee machine etc. We also have a garden which is a great suntrap in summer!

The room is available from the end of October. It comes with a single bed & small set of drawers, however currently there is a double bed in there (see photos for room with both single and double).

Our house is conveniently placed just off Mill Road, with plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs nearby and is only a 20 minute walk into town and 10 minute walk to the train station. There is on-street parking, no need for a permit.

Bills aren't included - they come to just over £90 a month (including gas/electric, internet and council tax).
