We have a newly refurbished studio in a shared house.

The accommodation consists of door from shared hallway in to:

A large, bright sunny double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Archway through to your own large separate living space with kitchen, sofa and dining table and chairs. Door through to adjacent shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for independent food preparation.

There is also a shared garden room with TV if you're feeling sociable.

You will share the main entrance to the house with 5 other housemates.

We have a very 'happy' house - all tenants are vetted by us and hand picked with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

Laundry room with 'pay as you go' tumble dryer.

Newmarket Road, which is at the top of the street, offers a regular bus service in to the town centre or 10 mins by bike into town either along the river or by main road

Marshalls Aerospace is a 10 minute walk and the A14 is also within quick and easy reach.

The house is perfectly placed for the Science Park and beyond thanks to the new foot/cycle bridge across the River Cam - Cambridge North Railway Station is a 15 minute walk.

Tesco and Sainsbury's are both close by.

Gyms and a swimming pool are also very close by.

We are a family run business and live locally just a short distance away.

Rent £1000 - most bills are included eg. water, council tax. Internet is provided by us. The studio has its own electricity meter and currently costs the tenants around £30 per month (winter), £20 (summer) although this will of course depend on usage. Electricity for all shared spaces is included in the rent.

Deposit is required ( £1150 ).

We are members of the National Residential Landlords' Association.

We protect deposits with Tenancy Deposit Solutions (My Deposits).

We are registered with Cambridge City Council and have all the necessary alarms and facilities required
