Lovely Single Room In Veggie House

This is a great opportunity to move into central Cambridge- our York Street home is only 5 mins walk to Mill Rd and grafton centre - 20 to city centre. Next to a beautiful little park, this is a quiet neighbourhood with the Beehive centre directly behind us (asda, m&s, gym etc) and other big supermarkets close at hand.

We are two professionals who work in ethical retail and sustainability jobs who like to cook, watch netflix and hang out in a clean & tidy chilled out house and are looking for someone likeminded and friendly but who also must be either vegetarian or vegan.

The room maybe small but is super cheap for this area and the house more than makes up for it: a freshly painted living room with new carpeting and sofa there is no need to feel room-bound! Also you get a cute balcony with spiral staircase leading down into a yard/garden with seating area all of which is perfect to sit out on with a coffee and good book in summer months.

Our bills are relatively modest: roughly £80 - 110ish
