Double Bedroom in large lovely house share

We are a friendly and sociable group of graduate students/professionals (3 guys and 2 girls), who are looking for someone to join us from 1st February.

We are offering a double bedroom, with a shared ensuite bathroom. The room comes furnished with double bed (with underbed storage) and built in wardrobe. The house also has a large open-plan living room/big kitchen/dining area (with dishwasher, washing machine and and tumble dryer!), as well as a good size garden.

The price is £475 pcm. Bills and tax are not included, and usually come to about ~£30 pcm per person (More if you are paying council tax). The current contract will run until 1st September.

Suitable candidates should have experience or the willingness to learn two or more of the following:

BBQing/planning road trips/making delicious cocktails/gardening/making delicious meals/knitting/making delicious cakes/other interesting hobbies. :)
