Mill Road - double room in lovely 3-bed house!

Hello!

My name is Vlad and I am currently living in a 3-bed house in the Mill Road area with my two housemates Jose and Tamsyn. Sadly Jose will be moving out soon, so I am looking for someone to come and join us in our lovely house! Jose is looking to move out around end of March (TBC) and ideally we are looking for someone to move in close to then if possible, but we can figure things out as we go along.

The room is a big double room with a nice high ceiling and south-east(?) facing windows (i. e. sun in the morning). You can have a desk, cupboards and double bed in there with room to spare.

The house is in Mill Road, one of the more fun and well-connected areas of town in my opinion. It's a lovely 3 bed with three floors:
- Ground: Open, connected kitchen / dining room / living room
- First floor: 2 double rooms (yours and Tamsyn's) and bathroom
- Second floor: 1 double room (Vlad)
- Outside: A pretty nice garden, long and green, great for napping in the hammock when it's sunny. Comes with a resident hedgehog you can often see or hear scurrying about in the evening

As for us? I am a British/Swiss medical engineer. In normal times I play squash and football and like to stay generally active. In the last couple of years I have also been getting pretty into kitesurfing, I drive to the coast a lot in the summer months and you will have plenty of opportunities to join for a beach trip if you fancy it :)

Tamysn works for the university and likes films and ice skating. We have been living together for 1.5 / 2 years and get on really well, lately as you can imagine we have mostly been spending time watching TV and chatting about anything and everything

We are very chilled people, we are friendly but will not invade your space. We try to operate a good household, but at the same time if you don't feel like washing the frying pan immediately we will not get up in your grill about it - hopefully that gives you an idea of the general vibe :)

The house came unfurnished, but we already have most things covered (table, chairs, sofas, TV, fridge, washing machine etc. etc.) All you will need to furnish is your room - if you are worried about that I have gone through it all a couple of times and can help you find what you need
Additionally if you have a car the area around here has free street parking, it's luck of the draw but I have never had to park more than ~50m away, 95% of the time much less than that
